Come join us for some seasonal cheer
and the chance to meet friends old and new.

Please join Zena Applebaum as she presents a Lunch and Learn on CI as a Collaboration Tool for Law Firms. Attendees will learn practical tips concerning how, when and why connecting-the-dots between departments to better “know your client” will create a cross-functional culture focused on maximizing client value and service (not to mention client retention and acquisition). Is any single function more uniquely positioned to help transform the firm’s knowledge-sharing environments with a clarity of purpose concerning what attorneys need and how tools will be adopted?
