Our first TALL Lunch & Learn Session of the season will focus on Quebec legal research Part Two! Jean-Sébastien Danis is back to present on Quebec secondary sources and case law, an area of law which some of us may not be very familiar.
We hope you can join us on Tuesday November 7 at noon ET. We are fortunate to have Jean-Sebastien join us again - this time to explain the resources available for Quebec case law as well as some of the key secondary sources. The presentation will briefly examine the concept of civil law in order to highlight its uniqueness in Canada, look at some of the commentary available and highlight the case law services and how to access them. It is sure to be an informative session!
