About the Presenter: Tegan Raco serves as legal counsel in the General Counsel’s Office at the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). In addition to working on legislative projects like the Securities Commission Act, 2021 and the draft Capital Markets Act, Tegan regularly provides advice to the Executive and OSC Staff on securities, corporate, and administrative law matters. Before joining the OSC, Tegan was an associate in the Toronto office of a global law firm, where she practiced securities law (and befriended all the firm’s librarians).
