TALL Lunch & Learn – eDiscovery

Electronic discovery (“eDiscovery”) refers to the management of digital evidence in the context of litigation and regulatory matters, and it is an important part of the litigation lifecycle. Digital evidence is collected and processed so that it can be reviewed by lawyers as part of the fact-gathering process. Although eDiscovery has been part of the litigation landscape in Canada for almost 20 years, for many lawyers and other legal practitioners it still remains somewhat of a mystery.

Please join us on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024, for a virtual Lunch and Learn Session when our speaker, Clare Mauro, will provide a high-level overview of what eDiscovery is, where it fits within the overall litigation process, how she made the transition from a traditional law librarian role into eDiscovery, and why it might be of interest to other law librarians & information professionals who are looking to develop new skills and opportunities for growth.

We hope you are able to join us for a lively discussion!
